To open the line X (or in other words, start the session), click on the button representing this line. The payment methods selection window will appear: |
Here you may select the desired payment method:
Prepay – user makes a prepay, system then allows him to make a calls until the sum of prepay is exhausted
Free – user can make calls free of charge
Postpay – user makes calls and after end of last call he pays for calls
After selection of proper payment type the Line Window will switch to the calls are enabled mode. Screenshot below represents initial view. |
Next screenshot represents the Line Window after few calls made. Note that the last dialled number still remains at the screen after call is finished to allow operator to review the last made call. |
When all calls are made, operator can close the session (red cross), other options are immediately stop current call (blue box) and close the session & start new one (cross and arrow). After clicking the close button the Line Window will switch to closing sessing mode: |
Depending on ticket printing mode set in Common Settings window, the ticket will or won't be printed. If the printing mode is set to ask, the following closing session mode will appear instead of previous one, providing capability to choose whether to print ticket or no: |
After selecting, the Line Window will return to initial Line is active mode. |
