Red Exclamation Signs mark codes which require your attention. They are displayed in one of the following situations:
- any of the important parameters is not set
- average 'rate per minute' in Call Shop is less than call rate of the corresponding provider
In the Calls Routing window you may define rule for the routing of calls to each direction.
You may select either specific code or all of them by clicking All button or enter prefix and click Starting From to select or codes started from entered prefix.
You may adjust any parameter by entering the necessary value and pressing Set.
NOTE: before using the 'increase service provider charge' feature you need to set Service Provider by selecting the proper rule.
The logic of codes routing is the following: all calls to the code are routed according to specific rule, where rule means:
None – calls won't routed at all (calls to this code are forbidden)
Default – calls to the code are routed through specific Service Provider, set for the whole system (see configuration of common settings section – the Default SP is set there)
Custom – calls to this code will be routed through custom service provider which you must select
Cheapest – system selects the cheapest provider automatically for this code and routes calls through it. |
