call shop.
Configuration of VoIP service providers and their call rates
To open VoIP Service Providers configuration dialog, select Administration / VoIP / Service Providers menu item. The window with list of configured providers will appear (it is empty by default).
Use the buttons at right of the window to perform necessary operations with providers. For example, to add Service Provider, press Add. The service provider configuration window will appear.
In Service Provider Window you need to fill all parameters. Name may be specified at your wish, the rest of parameters must be provided to you by your VoIP SP. You may see the sample values on the picture below:
After filling all parameters, press Import to import list of codes:
In the Open File Dialog, select CSV file that contains information about call rates of this Service Provider. Screenshot below represents a Service Provider Info window, where the codes are also filled:
