The software use in the Everywhere solution is built in the system. When a customer dial a number the software enable the call by transfer the call though the system to the VoIP carrier (MCI). During the call the software calculate the call charge base on the rates and after the end of the call prints a receipt with the total amount charge and some more details (see features and benefits). The software have also the ability to record up to 256 transactions, this means that the operator of the system can at any time to scroll and view the last 256 transactions. The operator or the administrator of the system can download the rates to the system though a computer
Customer Display Unit
The customers can view the dial number and the call charge in the display unit in each telephone booths.
After the end of the call the customer call see the total amount of the call. The display unit can display up to 16 characters.
Phones
The phones in each telephone booth are connected to the display unit and the Everywhere system.
