VoIP Gateways

Call Service Provider A Call service provider forwards and connects your call to the desired location (number). The Callconomy enables the call shop owner to choose between call service providers as it can accommodate both options individually or at the same time. A call can be made by using either the local exchange (PSTN) or using a VOIP gateway vendor. Callcomomy offer a variety of VoIP Gateways options to choose from.

The call service provider in this situation will be a VOIP gateway vendor. In order to achieve this an FXS unit is required. The analogue lines from the interface box connect to the one side of the FXS. On the other side the FXS is connected via Ethernet to a rooter. From there you connect to a VOIP gateway supplier via an ATM/FR or leased line etc.
